Avon Tires Company presents a new line of sport motorcycle tires VP2 that should replace the Viper line.
Due to its upgraded construction and debut use of the multicomposite rubber VP2 will repeat the popular diapason Viper success. To correspond the demands of a great number of modern powerful motorcycles Avon new motorcycle tires are presented in three types: Sport, Supersport and Xtreme, that have various sizes.
Due to numerous innovations many characteristics that promoted reliable Viper diapason creation were improved in VP2.
VP2 protector is presented by high-technological Hybrid Belt braker that contains steel fibers of various tensions being interlaced around the tire and forming unique brake system. The strong fiber provides steadiness on the high speeds that is added by flexibility and steel springing features. This fiber provides the tire with unique mechanical cohesion.
VP2 is a first motorcycle tire where Avon has used a multicomposite technology. The tire is oriented for year-round sport use while the multicomposite technology allows it working perfectly at any motorcycle types and at any weather conditions.
This feature is provided by TE system(Tri-compound Extrusion) that corresponds pressing of the rubber of medium-softness for mileage increase.
All the Avon new motorcycle tires are developed with the use of A-VBD technology(Advanced-Variable Belt Density) that increases the tires steadiness and durability and has a special construction that puts the fibers closely to the centre and far
to the arms. That provides the tire with flexibility and a better contact spot while making
the inclinations on turns.
In spite of teh fact that the VP2 line has numerous technical innovations it has saved the original VP2 traditions.
