New Assurance Goodyear Tires Review

Today Goodyear tires sales exceed more than 10 milliards of dollars and their first milliard was earned 53 years ago. More than 100,000 people work in the Company and its European factories are located in Poland (Debcia trade mark), Germany (Fulda trade mark), Slovenia (Sava trade mark), France, Italy, Luxemburg, Great Britain and Turkey.

The company was founded by Frank Saberling in Ohio in 1898. The sales volume of the first month was 8246 dollars. In 1901 Goodyear tires began to take place in car racings. In the year 1921 its sales volume was 230,000 dollars and it became the hugest tire company in the world. Today the company stays in unions with Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd, Sumitomo and Dunlop that lead the companies to creation of 6 united factories in Europe, Japan and the USA.

Today Goodyear Tire & Rubber present their new third Assurance tire. It will replenish Goodyear Assurance line that now contains 2 premium-class tires: Assurance ComforTred and Assurance TripleTred. The new tire in 27 sizes will appear in retail centers in the end of march.

Assurance is available for the disks from 15 to 17 inches in diameter. First sales make 80% of the whole market segment presented by such car brands as Chevrolet Malibu, Ford Taurus, Honda Accord, Toyota Camry.

«Our target customer is an average driver who needs high quality tires available in price», says the director of Goodyear brand Joey Viselli. - «It is important for these customers that the tire is reliable at any weather conditions».

Assurance protector is divided into 2 zones: wet and dry surfaces. A special fosse system made with Dual Aquachannel technology application in the central protector part provide perfect clutch and clear dirigibility on dry and wet roads. Peripheral fosse guarantees even wear and improves clutch on the wet surface.

On the Uniform Tire Quality Grade new Assurance tire got 620/A/B mark (in the range of items with T speed index) and 580/A/A mark (in the range of items with H speed index). The tire will be produced with the 65,000 mile wear guarantee.

Assurance ComforTred tire oriented on first class autos is produced with the guarantee for 80000 miles. The absorbent layer between protector and cord causes insignificant blows while the system of closely located protector blocks provides high comfort level.

Assurance TripleTred tire is created with the special fosse Aquachutes application. They effectively draw aside water from the contact spot. Tire protector image is divided into three zones including the zone for ice-covered surfaces.
