Continental Tires

    Continental Company was founded in 1871. One of the most significant years in the company history was the year 1882 when the Continental emblem was created. It was the image of a reared-up horse that was initially a part of Saxony emblem. That image was taken because the capital of Saxony was Hanover, the city where the company was created.

    So, the Continental Company produces tires for motor cars and trucks, buses, off-road vehicles, motorcycles and even for bicycles. Every forth European car has Continental tires.     Continental ContiCrossContact LX tire is an all-season for SUVs. This high-speed tire with asymmetrical tread pattern was designed exclusively for such 4x4s as VW Touareg, Porsche Cayenne, Volvo XC90, Lexus RX300. ContiCrossContact LX has bionic contour (cat paw technology) and asymmetric tread pattern with powerful side blocks. The tread has four or five water-withdrawal grooves (depending on the width of the tread). The tire ensures excellent braking performance and accurate steering control. ContiCrossContact LX provides outstanding directional and cornering stability as well as high hydroplaning resistance level.
