    Michelin Pilot Exalto PE2 tire is a summer tire for passenger cars. The tire appreciably differs from Pilot Exalto model. The main innovation is the tread pattern which is now asymmetric (not directional). The carcass of Pilot Exalto PE2 is borrowed from Pilot Sport tire. The application of VCP (Variable Contact Patch) technology allows to improve steering control. The tire is manufactured with the use of totally new ALM rubber compound. The outer area of the tread has more “saturated” pattern that facilitates exceptional steering performance. The inner area has multiple grooves that provide effective withdrawal of water from the footprint.
