    Sumitomo HTR Z III tire is a summer tire for passenger cars. The tire was designed for high-performance sedans and coupes. The key advantages of the tire are excellent directional stability at high speeds combined with superb traction both on dry and wet surface. The tire uses silica-based rubber compound and asymmetric tread pattern with five continuous circumferential ribs. The layout of the ribs ensures outstanding steering response, high treadwear resistance level and superb traction. Wide circumferential grooves combined with lateral grooves effectively withdraw water from the contact patch thus providing high hydroplaning resistance level. The internal structure of the tire combined with solid sidewalls ensure high level of riding comfort especially at high speeds.
