    Sumitomo Htr Z Tire
Sumitomo Htr Z is an ultra high-performance (UHP) summer tire for sports cars. This radial tire is designed to deliver reliable performance on dry and wet road surfaces in summertime as well as shows excellent handling at high speeds. The tire compound molds into a V-shaped directional tread picture including four wide and deep circumferential grooves to help avoid hydroplaning. They quickly evacuate water from under the footprint thus ensuring the tire’s reliable wet performance. The tread surface is comprised of intermediate blocks while there’re large angular blocks on the tire’s shoulders to ensure reliable cornering performance and precise steering. A central rib provides for stable straight-line driving and enhances your vehicle’s course-keeping ability. The sidewalls are made stiff with the help of special inserts, which also improves steering response while maintaining driver comfort. On the inside, the tire’s construction includes two steel belts reinforced by a joint less nylon belt (JNB) wrapped spirally to improve high-speed stability. At the same time, it doesn’t affect the tire’s weight and allows it remain lightweight.
