The primary objective of Yokohama engineers was to develop a tire that could provide excellent performance in everyday driving.

Avid W4S is a perfect combination of comfort, excellent treadwear resistance level, superb steering response and outstanding all-season traction.

The new rubber compound provides excellent traction on dry, wet and snow-covered surface as well as enables high treadwear resistance level.

Computer-designed tread pattern has large independent shoulder blocks with a central rib that guarantee perfect directional stability at high speeds.

Four wide circumferential grooves and a big number of lateral grooves ensure excellent withdrawal of water from the contact patch thus increasing hydroplaning resistance level.

Twin steel belts enhanced by nylon strip facilitate high steering response and durability of the tire.
