ContiSportContact 2 SSR uses Continental’s bionic rubber compound that combines with innovative contour design to provide excellent traction, superb braking performance and confident steering.

The tire features an asymmetric tread pattern that improves steering response and handling precision. Continuous ribs ensure circumferential rigidness thus enhancing steering and braking performance.

Continuous circumferential tread grooves are located between ribs and provide efficient withdrawal of water from the contact patch thus increasing hydroplaning resistance level what in its turn promotes traction on wet surface.

The internal structure of ContiSportContact 2 SSR includes dual steel belts enhanced by nylon strip that stabilize the tread thus facilitating durability at high speeds.
