Goodyear Vector 5 is an all-season passenger tire featuring good performance all the year round.  There’s a snowflake on its sidewall, which proves the ability to use it in wintertime (provided that weather conditions don’t require special winter tire).

The tire is made from silica-based rubber compound, which in conjunction with SmartTread technology ensures the tire’s ability to adjust to various weather conditions and deliver reliable grip in any situation.

The SmartTread technology assigns different tasks to different parts of the tread. There’s a thick network of 3D-BIS sipes in central tread area, which improves snow traction.  At the same time tread blocks remain durable to provide for precise steering.

In summertime quality performance is ensured by the entire tread. The tire incorporates the “V-TRED” system of wide grooves designed for effective water, mud and slush removal from under the contact patch area.

Goodyear Vector 5 has long mileage as well. So if there are no severe winters in your area this tire would be a nice companion for your car all the year round and will help you reduce your expanses on car maintenance.
