Asymmetric tread pattern with two intersecting lines of the grooves provides a good traction on dry surfaces.

A new chemical agent named Zeruma contributes to even distribution of silica in the rubber compound that enhances the drivability and the quality of traction on a wet road. The availability of modern silicon compound in the tire A539 provides excellent grip, even on the most difficult surfaces. Tires have excellent water removal properties. Longitudinal and oblique grooves remove the water in direct motion. Diagonal grooves divert the water during turns. In doing so, the chance of aquaplaning reduces.
